Jeff brings over 20 years of energy-related financial experience to the Navigator team. Prior to joining Navigator in 2015, he was a co-founder and CFO of JP Energy Partners. Allen spent three years as SVP and CFO for Lonestar Midstream Partners, a natural gas pipeline company that sold to PVR Partners in 2008. Allen was also a long-time consultant for several oil and gas companies and is an expert on the financial aspects of MLPs. Additionally, Allen has taught courses in M&A and corporate finance at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Jeff holds a Doctoral degree in Finance and Econometrics from Purdue University.
